Website support and privacy requests
[email protected]

This notice covers this website and the agency’s own referral records. It is not the privacy policy for either mobile app or an external trading provider. John Smith publishes the iOS listing; UIRREL SHIJIN LIMITED publishes the Android listing. Their app notices govern the processing they control.

The website has no account-registration, payment or document-upload form. Registration with an external trading provider takes place separately inside the app.

2. Information involved

  • Website requests: network address, browser and device details, page requested, request time and referring page when supplied by the browser. Hosting and network-security services process technical requests and may maintain security or error logs.
  • Support messages: your email address, message and any information you choose to include when contacting the agency.
  • App referrals: the Android button uses an AppsFlyer OneLink with campaign parameters. Following it can involve click, device and network information. The iOS button links directly to the App Store.
  • Registration reports: completed registrations can be reported back for campaign measurement. A report may link an event to a campaign or click identifier. An identifier can be personal information even if the report does not include a person’s name.

Please do not send passwords, recovery phrases, payment-card details or identity documents in an ordinary website-support email.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to serve and protect the website, answer messages, handle privacy requests, measure referred registrations, investigate invalid traffic and meet applicable legal obligations.

Processing is limited to a purpose and basis permitted by applicable law. Where applicable, this can include necessary steps to respond to your request, proportionate interests in operating and securing the service, a legal obligation, or consent for processing that requires it. Browsing the website is not blanket consent to optional advertising or app tracking.

Following an app-store link, installing an app, enabling device tracking and submitting a trading registration are separate actions. Any required permissions or consent for app-side processing must be obtained in that context.

4. Recipients and service providers

  • Website hosting and network-security providers: process technical requests, security information and error logs needed to deliver and protect these pages. These services are separate from the external app stores and download-link attribution.
  • AppsFlyer: supplies routing and attribution for the Android download link. Its processing can include engagement, device and network information associated with that link and the configured app integration. AppsFlyer customer-data information.
  • Apple and Google: process store visits, downloads and store-account activity under their own terms and privacy notices. A store visit does not create a website account.
  • App publishers and the selected trading provider: process information submitted to their own services. The party receiving a trading registration is responsible for its registration and account-processing notice. Referral or campaign-measurement partners can pass a registration result to the advertising agency.
  • Support, professional advisers and authorities: may receive information where necessary to handle a request, resolve a dispute or comply with a valid legal obligation.

A reported registration does not by itself establish that the same information is sent to Google Ads. The purposes and recipients of any onward advertising use must be disclosed before that use takes place.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable safeguards and any legally required consent must be in place for an international transfer. Contact the agency for information about processing or safeguards relevant to your request.

5. Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose or an applicable legal obligation. Website records are retained for operational security and troubleshooting; referral records for attribution, reconciliation and related disputes; support records for resolving the request and necessary follow-up. When no longer needed, records are deleted or de-identified, unless a legal retention requirement applies.

Access is restricted to people and service providers who need it for the relevant purpose. Appropriate organisational and technical safeguards are required, but no internet service can guarantee complete security. Relevant security incidents are assessed and notified where the law requires.

Uninstalling an app or clearing cookies does not automatically erase server-side referral, support or trading-account records.

6. Your choices, requests and complaints

Send website privacy requests to [email protected]. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your information.

Describe the request and provide a way to reply. The agency may seek proportionate information to verify your identity or locate the record. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits; any lawful restriction on a request will be explained. You may complain to the data-protection authority with jurisdiction over your situation. In the United Kingdom, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Right to object: where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to the use of your personal information for direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting the agency; this does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

For data controlled independently by an app publisher, app store or trading provider, use that organisation’s privacy contact. You can also manage browser cookies and device permissions; these controls do not necessarily prevent server-to-server registration reporting.

The trading-related promotion on this website is intended for adults. If a child has supplied information inappropriately, contact the agency so the matter can be reviewed.

7. Cookies and changes

The Cookie Policy explains browser storage, technical requests and the distinction between this website and the external services opened by its links.

The date on this page identifies the current notice. Material changes to processing will be explained, and new consent obtained where required. Continued browsing alone is not consent to an undisclosed new purpose.
